Dale Dean Chipps, Jr. age 66 years, a former resident of Kerens, WV and of Bridgeport, WV and more recently Fort Myers, FL departed this life Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at his home. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Monday March 11 from 12 noon until 1 p.m. when a funeral ceremony will be celebrated with the Rev. Kevin Gainer officiating and interment will follow at the Israel Cemetery at Kerens,...
