Born December 20, 1990 in Boulder, Colorado to Nancy E. (nee – Toomey) and Robert T. Coogan, Sr., Kayla, a 2008 graduate of Port Charlotte High School, grew up and spent her formative years in Port Charlotte and was of the Christian faith.
