Frank passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013.
Frank was a resident of Venice, Florida at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth.
A memorial service will be private with inurnment by the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, if desired, may be made to Habitat for Humanity or Tidewell Hospice, Inc.
