Jeffrey L. Hemphill, Jr., 70, of Punta Gorda passed away June 17, 2013. He was the son of Jeffery Hemphill, Sr. and Francis Jackson, born November 16, 1942 in St. Louis, MO. Jeffery served in the US Army. He came to this area in 1994 from Illinois. Jeffery loved to Bar-B-Que and cook, and was a banquet chef for Benedetto's Restaurant until 2010.
