William "Bill" E. Smith, 67, of Cape Coral passed away November 19, 2013 at his home. He was born in East Chicago, IN in 1945 to John & Lois Smith. Bill married Sharon Boersma in 1974 and lived in Florida and the Middle East for many years. Bill worked as a construction supervisor traveling around the world on building projects. Bill owned and operated Club Nautico at South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island.
