David passed away in December 2013.
David was a resident of Marco Island, Florida at the time of his passing.
Visitation hours are from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, at Hodges-Josberger Funeral Home, 577 Elkcam Circle, Marco Island. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, at the Marco Presbyterian Church. Internment will follow immediately at Marco Island Cemetery.
