Felton passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014.
Felton was a resident of Arcadia, Florida at the time of his passing.
Visiting hours will be Monday, June 16, 2014 from 6-9 pm at Ponger Kays Grady Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Ephraim Church with Jerry Waters officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
