Charles N. Carr, Jr., age 84 of North Port, Florida, passed away on December 14, 2012. He was born on December 26, 1927 in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Charles was a veteran of the U. S. Army during the Korean War and was also a member of San Pedro Catholic Church. He is survived by his son, Michael Carr of North Port; a grandson, Brandon Carr of Sarasota; three granddaughters, Stephanie Carr, Melissa Carr both of Sarasota, Danielle Carr of North Port and two great-grandchildren.
