Josiah E. "Joss" Smith, 68, of Port Charlotte passed away Monday, January 7, 2013. He was born July 22, 1944 in England to Harry and Harriet (nee Hitchen) Smith. Joss moved from England to Port Charlotte 10 years ago and was the owner and operator of Dough Boys Pizza and Subs. His nick name was the "Cookie Monster" because he enjoyed eating cookies while watching TV. Joss will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father and had a great smile.
